It’s true, socks are directly linked to the female orgasm.
A study done by Dutch researcher, Gert Holstege M.D. Ph.D, found that socks promote warmth and comfort, feelings associated with calming a woman’s amygdala and prefrontal cortex — the brain areas responsible for anxiety, fear and danger signals.
Prior to receiving their socks 50% of the participants were able to orgasm.
After being given a pair of socks, 80 percent reported reaching an orgasm.
So the next time your partner keeps her socks on and you’re thinking that this isn’t the sexy look that you were going for, you might remember this and find yourself checking in to see if she’s warm enough.
